Four minds. Two locations. One shared vision.
Wine factory · Saar & Upper Moselle
Character, matured at Saar and Upper Moselle.
In the Saar and Upper Moselle regions, we create wines with genuine origin – shaped by slate, limestone, and meticulous handcraft. Each wine is given the time it needs to develop its own character: precise and clear in stainless steel, traditional and serene in wooden barrels.
Our concept:
Our work doesn't begin in the cellar, but in the vineyard. With low yields, selective hand-harvesting, and careful vinification, we create wines that make origin and craftsmanship palpable.

Prime locations. Genuine craftsmanship.
Our steep slopes require a lot of manual labor, but they give the grapes sun, warmth, and character. It is precisely there that wines with depth, structure, and clear origin are created.

Less yield. More expression.
We deliberately prune our vines into an arch. This reduces the quantity and gives each grape more room to ripen, develop depth and character.

Hand-read. Carefully selected.
Our grapes are hand-picked 100%. This allows us to work selectively and only bring healthy, ripe grapes to the cellar.

Gently processed. Matured over time.
After harvesting, we treat our grapes as gently as possible. Gentle pressing preserves what has been created in the vineyard.
Our selected batches mature in traditional wooden barrels. There they gain structure, depth and aging potential.
Layers
From Nittel and Wiltingen
Our wines are produced in select locations along the Saar and Moselle rivers. Two places, two soils, two characters.

Nittel
Shell limestone. Elegance. Structure.
In Nittel, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Elbling grapes grow on limestone soil. This soil imparts freshness, fine minerality, and a clear, elegant structure to our wines.

Wiltingen
Slate. Tension. Depth.
In Wiltingen, our Riesling grows on slate. The soil imparts a cool elegance, mineral clarity, and long aging potential.
vision
Preserve the past. Plant the future.
With our grape variety archive, we preserve historical grape varieties and bring diversity back to the vineyard. In this way, we combine origin, craftsmanship, and future in our own unique style.
