Description
This Pinot Cuvée blends Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris. The result is a very interesting melange, in which each variety contributes its own aromas and terroir: the fine acidity of the Chardonnay, the peppery notes and salinity of the Pinot Blanc, and the soft tones and richness of the Pinot Gris combine to create a very well-rounded wine.
The nose reveals fine vanilla notes, while on the palate a certain tannin and astringent structure is noticeable, underscored by subtle smokiness.
The perfect accompaniment to juicy roast beef.
