Description
Our 40-year-old Pinot Gris vines grow in one of the best plots on the Upper Moselle. The warm location and the limestone soil produce beautiful, reddish grapes for the Pinot Gris.
The wine, aged in tonneau barrels, appears salmon-colored in the glass. On the nose, one detects grassy notes reminiscent of a mixed field. The very intense aromatics are full-bodied and rich, paired with a pleasant minerality.
An excellent accompaniment to Asian dishes.
