Description
Our 40-year-old Pinot Blanc vines grow on a steep slope with lean limestone soil. The location and the terroir of the dolomite rock produce small-berried, golden-yellow grapes.
This wine, aged in tonneau barrels, impresses with its deep color. The nose offers a fresh note with a touch of sweetness. The intense aromas are characterized by fruits such as mirabelle plums and greengages, along with a pleasant minerality.
A very versatile food accompaniment to fish, seafood, light meat and vegetables.
